The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us as friends who like to go out at nights. The hotel had a great rooftop terrace with a view of the Golden Horn and bridge. The rooms were clean and well-appointed with good bathroom facilities. The breakfast buffet was freshly cooked and had a variety of options each morning. There were also plenty of eating places nearby, catering to different budgets.
Felt like VIP, no complaints.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, especially Mr. Ismail who goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The basic amenities in the rooms are well-maintained, and some even have nice views with balconies. Additionally, the location of the hotel is very central, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and had a modern design. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The location was very central, making it easy for us to explore and connect to transportation. The view from the roof terrace was amazing, and we enjoyed having our own snacks and drinks up there. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room was cleaned daily. we had a great experience.

The view from my room at Galata Grace was fine, overlooking the beautiful Bosporus. The room itself was beautifully designed, with plenty of natural light and a comfortable bed. The traditional Turkish breakfast on the fifth floor attic was a good experience, with seagulls circling above and a amazing view of the city. The staff, especially Mr Ismail, provided really good customer service, always willing to help with a smile on their face. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Istiklal Street and the Galata Tower.
