Perla Galata Hotel Istanbul

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us as friends who like to go out at nights. The hotel had a great rooftop terrace with a view of the Golden Horn and bridge. The rooms were clean and well-appointed with good bathroom facilities. The breakfast buffet was freshly cooked and had a variety of options each morning. There were also plenty of eating places nearby, catering to different budgets.

The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, especially Mr. Ismail who goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The basic amenities in the rooms are well-maintained, and some even have nice views with balconies. Additionally, the location of the hotel is very central, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

The view from my room at Galata Grace was absolutely stunning, overlooking the beautiful Bosporus. The room itself was beautifully designed, with plenty of natural light and a comfortable bed. The traditional Turkish breakfast on the fifth floor attic was a delightful experience, with seagulls circling above and a breathtaking view of the city. The staff, especially Mr. Ismail, provided exceptional customer service, always willing to help with a smile on their face. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Istiklal Street and the Galata Tower.
